Exploring the Annamaya Kosha, the physical layer of the five koshas, with a full body scan meditation. For this meditation, we will be laying flat and use our breath to bring awareness and attention to different areas of the body, scanning the right side, then the left side and then the whole body together. We will breathe with full, deep inhales and full, releasing exhales.
